What is the process of hiring an event?
After a first contact with the Events department, an appointment is made in which the idea of the event details and preferences.Â Once your needs detailed the events department will send you a proposal. After acceptance, you make a first deposit of booking the event, which varies depending on the amount of the overall budget.
Subsequently, in case of a wedding, the test will be performed on designated days menu for it throughout the year. Once confirmed closed the menu and diners will be paid a second installment. The remaining amount shall be paid extras including the completion of the event the same day if possible.
